    Business-to-Business Sales

    3D Broadcast Ltd supplies goods strictly on a business-to-business ("B2B") basis to professional, trade, broadcast, production, educational, institutional and commercial customers.

    By placing an order through this website, the customer confirms that goods are being purchased wholly or mainly for business or professional use and not as a consumer transaction.

    All sales are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject exclusively to B2B commercial contract terms.

    Consumer legislation including, but not limited to, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including statutory cooling-off periods and consumer cancellation rights, shall not apply to transactions where goods are purchased in the course of business.

    Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended application, system compatibility, technical requirements and operational environment prior to purchase.

    Acceptance of delivery, installation, configuration, integration or use of goods constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

    UK Delivery Services

    Standard UK Delivery

    We offer mainland UK delivery services from £9.95 to £20.00 plus VAT depending on the size, weight, value and destination of the goods ordered.

    Our standard courier partners include FedEx, DHL, UPS and other approved carriers.

    Standard mainland UK deliveries are normally made Monday to Friday during standard business hours.

    Where free delivery promotions are offered, these apply only to standard mainland UK delivery services within eligible UK regions.

    Free Delivery Exclusions

    Free delivery promotions do not apply to:

    • Northern Ireland
    • Scottish Highlands & Islands
    • Isle of Man
    • Isles of Scilly
    • Channel Islands
    • Other remote or offshore UK locations

    Additional delivery charges may apply to these destinations.

    Next Working Day Delivery

    Subject to stock availability, orders placed before 14:30 (UK time) Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same working day for next working day delivery.

    Orders received after 14:30 may still qualify for same-day dispatch depending on warehouse processing schedules and courier collection times.

    Next working day services exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

    Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

    Standard next working day deliveries are typically made between 09:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday.

    Extended Area Delivery Times

    Certain destinations are subject to extended transit times, including:

    • Northern Ireland outside Belfast
    • Scottish Highlands & Islands
    • Isle of Man
    • Isles of Scilly
    • Channel Islands
    • Offshore UK locations

    Typical transit times to these areas are approximately 2–3 working days depending on courier routing and regional service availability.

    Timed Delivery Services

    Pre-10:30am Delivery

    Where available, timed pre-10:30am delivery services are available from £20.00 plus VAT.

    This service excludes:

    • Northern Ireland
    • Scottish Highlands & Islands
    • Isle of Man
    • Isles of Scilly
    • Channel Islands
    • Certain remote postcode regions

    Availability may vary depending on courier coverage and destination postcode.

    Saturday Delivery

    Saturday morning delivery services may be available for selected UK mainland destinations.

    Saturday delivery services are charged from £40.00 plus VAT.

    Saturday services are subject to courier availability and regional restrictions.

    Saturday delivery services are generally unavailable for:

    • Northern Ireland
    • Scottish Highlands & Islands
    • Isle of Man
    • Isles of Scilly
    • Channel Islands
    • Certain remote Scottish regions

    Please contact us prior to ordering if a Saturday delivery service is required.

    Certain postcode regions are excluded from standard next working day delivery and free delivery promotions.

    3D Broadcast Ltd has no control over customs procedures, import charges or local regulatory requirements within destination countries.

    Order Acceptance

    After an order is placed, customers will receive an automated order acknowledgement confirming receipt of the order request.

    This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of the order.

    All goods displayed on this website are offered subject to:

    • stock availability;
    • supplier confirmation;
    • pricing verification;
    • technical validation; and
    • acceptance by 3D Broadcast Ltd.

    A legally binding contract is formed only when goods are dispatched and a sales invoice is issued by 3D Broadcast Ltd.

    3D Broadcast Ltd reserves the right to:

    • refuse or cancel orders;
    • limit quantities;
    • correct pricing or technical errors;
    • amend specifications;
    • revise delivery charges; and
    • decline transactions at its discretion.

    Commercial Returns Policy

    As a B2B supplier, 3D Broadcast Ltd does not operate a consumer-style approval, trial, sale-or-return or distance-selling returns policy.

    Returns are accepted solely at the discretion of 3D Broadcast Ltd and strictly subject to the conditions outlined within this policy.

    Authorisation to return goods does not guarantee acceptance of the return, approval of refund or entitlement to credit until goods have been received, inspected and approved by our returns department.

    Special-order, bespoke, configured, customised, firmware-activated, software-enabled, non-stock or made-to-order products are generally non-cancellable and non-returnable once ordered.

    Where returns are accepted, returned goods may be subject to inspection, testing, repackaging costs, supplier deductions, handling charges or manufacturer restocking fees.

    Standard Returns

    Subject to prior approval, eligible standard stock items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.

    To qualify for return:

    • goods must be unopened, unused and in "as new" condition;
    • all original packaging, manuals, accessories, warranty cards and supplied documentation must be be included;
    • manufacturer seals and packaging must remain intact and undamaged; and
    • products with timers, usage meters or shutter counters must show zero operational use.

    Customers must notify us in writing within 14 calendar days of delivery by emailing:

    All returns require a valid Returns Authorisation (RMA) number issued by 3D Broadcast Ltd.

    Unauthorised returns may be refused and returned to sender.

    Return Conditions

    Returned goods must:

    • be complete and undamaged;
    • include all supplied accessories and packaging;
    • be packaged inside a suitable outer shipping carton; and
    • not have courier labels, tape or stickers attached directly to manufacturer packaging.

    Goods returned damaged, incomplete, used, activated, registered, marked or with defaced packaging may be rejected or subject to additional charges.

    Restocking Charges

    Certain manufacturers and suppliers impose mandatory restocking charges on returned goods.

    Where applicable, restocking fees of up to 25% of the product value may be deducted from any refund or credit issued.

    Applicable charges will be confirmed during the returns approval process.

    Non-Returnable Items

    All Cables and Broadcast & Video Batteries – All broadcast and professional cables and video batteries are non-returnable unless found to be faulty, damaged in transit.

    The following items are non-returnable unless confirmed faulty:

    • special-order items;
    • bespoke or customised products;
    • configured or modified products;
    • cut-to-length or terminated cables;
    • tested cable assemblies;
    • all cables;
    • software and licence products;
    • activated digital products;
    • opened media products;
    • consumable items including batteries, tapes, lamps, adhesives and blank media;
    • memory cards and storage devices;
    • books, training media, DVDs and educational materials once unsealed; and
    • clearance, discontinued or non-stock items.

    Faulty or Damaged Goods

    Customers must inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt.

    Any shortages, transit damage, incorrect goods or packaging damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

    Failure to notify us within this period may affect our ability to pursue claims with couriers, insurers or suppliers.

    Where goods are confirmed as faulty, 3D Broadcast Ltd may, at its discretion:

    • repair the goods;
    • replace the goods;
    • issue a credit; or
    • provide a refund.

    Manufacturer inspection, technical testing or fault verification may be required before warranty claims are accepted.

    Goods returned and found not to be faulty may be subject to inspection charges and return shipping costs.

    Return Shipping

    Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, insurance charges, customs fees, duties and transportation expenses.

    Customers remain responsible for returned goods until safely received and accepted by 3D Broadcast Ltd.

    We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping services.

    Limitation of Liability

    Nothing within these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion would be unlawful under applicable UK law.

    Subject to this, 3D Broadcast Ltd shall not be liable for:

    • loss of profit;
    • loss of business;
    • loss of production;
    • loss of revenue;
    • loss of contracts;
    • loss of opportunity;
    • loss of data; or
    • any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the supply, installation, configuration or use of products.

    Total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the relevant goods supplied.

    Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

    Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
