Specifically crafted for large-format sensors, Fujifilm's Premista 19-45mm T2.9 Large-Format Cine Lens supports an expansive 46.3mm image circle, as well as Super35 sensors. This lens ensures consistent image quality from the centre to the edges and is colour-matched with Fujifilm's cine lens range to minimise post-production grading. It’s compatible with ZEISS eXtended Data and Cooke /i Technology, making it straightforward to capture lens metadata for VFX or shot matching. When used alongside the 28-100mm and 80-250mm Premista zooms, it covers a comprehensive range of essential focal lengths.
With a constant T2.9 aperture throughout the zoom range, this standard zoom lens offers minimal aberration, low distortion, and excellent suppression of flare and ghosting, all while delivering a broad dynamic range. Built with a robust lens barrel, the Premista features a 13-blade aperture for smooth bokeh and a generous 280° focus barrel rotation. The lens shares a 114mm front diameter with the rest of the Premista series, allowing easy interchangeability of accessories like filters, follow focus systems, and matte boxes. Additionally, it offers measurements in both feet and metres, with index markings on the FIZ rings in fluorescent paint for clear visibility in low-light settings.
