Next Working Day Service
Orders received before 14:30 will be despatched the same day for next day delivery*, subject to availability of goods. In some instances it may be possible to ship orders received after 14:30 for next day delivery. If you have any questions about this service please contact us. Please note that weekends and bank holidays are excluded from the Next Working Day service.
All Next Working Day deliveries will be made between 9:00 and 1800 hrs - Monday to Friday
*Next working day delivery does not include areas outside of Belfast this is normally on a 2-3 day lead time dependant on the courier and this also applies to the Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands.

We can arrange for orders to be delivered on a Saturday morning.*
This special service costs £40.00 plus VAT on all orders.
*Glasgow and Edinburgh are normally next day but no Saturday deliveries available for these areas.

Special Conditions
Where a product is advertised with free delivery, the following areas are excluded from this offer: The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25. Our couriers do not offer a next day delivery service to these areas therefore we only offer standard delivery. Belfast is next day but anything outside of Belfast is normally 2 days. The Highlands & Islands are normally at least 2-3 days. Glasgow and Edinburgh are normally next day but no Saturday deliveries are available for these areas. Some exceptions may apply so please call to see if a Saturday delivery is possible. The Channel Islands are classed as an International destination.

3D Broadcast can ship any item worldwide. Delivery charges will apply and are dependent on the size, weight and destination of the products you have ordered. As we only ship to UK addresses from our web site, please talk to us on +44 (0)1753 653 555 or email us at sales@3dbroadcastsales.com about the items you wish to purchase for overseas sales and we will provide you with a quote for your goods and also a cost of shipping.
You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. 3D Broadcast recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.
Order Acknowledgement
When you place an order with us you will automatically receive an order acknowledgement via e-mail this is to let you know we have received your order. The status of you order can be viewed on your unique account which is created the first time you order from us. The display of items for sale on our website is only an invitation to treat, a binding sales agreement is not created until we have issued a sales invoice which will be on despatch of the goods. All prices shown on our website are for online credit and debit card purchases only. Please note that 3D Broadcast Ltd will not be responsible for typographical, pricing or other errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders based on such errors. All products and prices displayed on this website are for guide purposes only. We are not responsible for any exceptions or omissions.
Returns Policy
Here at 3D Broadcast we are happy to offer our customers a straightforward returns policy on any items which you are not completely satisfied with. Provided the item is a standard product (where no options have been specified) you may return or exchange the goods.
As part of our policy, items must be returned as new within 14 calendar days from delivery in new and unused condition, complete with all original and undamaged manufacturer packaging and documentation.. Please notify us of your intention to return in writing at sales@3dbroadcastsales.com as soon as possible within the Allotted returns time.
The cost of successfully returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit or debit card and will exclude any delivery costs. Please Note: Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement (This is not because we are withholding your money but because credit card companies can be slow to acknowledge refunds).
Any claim for missing items or transit damage must be notified tosales@3dbroadcastsales.com within 24 hours of delivery as beyond that time we have no recourse with our carriers.
Please read all RETURN CONDITIONS below because if all conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items
* Please note some manufactures may charge up to 25% re-stocking fee for return of some item’s and this will be passed on as a re-stocking fee to the customer.
Return Conditions
All returned or exchanged items must be unopend and unused and in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. * Please note Items with timers must show zero use. Items with shutter counters must show zero shutter releases.
Always place the original package into a suitable shipping carton. Do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s packaging, as this would render the item damaged and non-returnable.
Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
3D Broadcast Ltd is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any goods purchased from us - Our liability is limited to the monetary value of the goods only.
Non-Returnable items
Shrink-wrapped, blister-packed or any items supplied in factory-sealed packaging.
All consumable items (e.g.; batteries (all types/all manufacturers), tape stock, adhesive tapes, lamps (bulbs), blank media (ALL memory cards/types) etc.
Computer Software and Hardware.
Special Order Items, including Evolution & Belden cables cut to length and tested, can't be returned once ordered and are classed as Special Order.
Training DVDs (or other media recording cards) and books once unwrapped
All Cables.

Damaged/ Faulty Goods
In the unfortunate event that you receive your order in a faulty or damaged condition, please contact us the next working day either by email at sales@3dbroadcastsales.com or phone us on +44 (0)1753 653 555. This will allow us to make the necessary arrangements for sending you a replacement.
Please note: it is important that you keep all the original packaging and carefully repackage the item before returning it to us.
